陰離子交換設備工作原理

1、陽離子交換樹脂：R—H+Na+ R—Na+H+2、陰離子交換樹脂：R—OH+Cl- R—Cl+OH-
陽、陰離子交換樹脂總的反應式即可寫成：RH+ROH+NaCl——RNa+RCL+H2O
From this may see, NaCl in water have been separately resin H+ and OH- replaced, and the reaction product is H2O, it reached the removal of salt effect.
離子交換樹脂的保護
到由于樹脂在運行中，對進水的水質有著一定的要求，如：水中的有機物、重金屬、余氯等，會影響樹脂的使用性能，甚至造成樹脂的直接壞死；因此在使用離子交換系統(tǒng)時，應對進水進行相應的預處理。
常見有：砂濾→碳濾→離子交換系統(tǒng)
為了提升離子交換樹脂的使用性能，提高終端出水的水質，得到更高純度的水，因此在使用離子交換系統(tǒng)時，在有預處理（砂、碳）的前提下，又對水進行高一層的保護（如反滲透、復合床等）最終經過深度處理的離子交換系統(tǒng)，而得到高純度的水。
